Our weekend and 4th was easy-going. Just what we needed. We spent some good time just hanging out and relaxing at Tatty's plus visiting with some great friends!
Lots of playing outside and swimming! Homemade Towel Tent
We were so thrilled to grab lunch with old Doha friends on Sunday.
Biny, Georgia and me
(Aunt Biny took such good care of us when I was pregnant and when Georgia was born)
Brian is Nick's old boss and good friend...we miss them so much in Doha but are so thankful they were there to love us through our rookie years.
Sunday evening we went to a little July 3rd party at our best buddies' house.

Crazy jumpers
On America's birthday the Bees and G woke up to balloons of course from Tatty!
Squirly is really into handbags.
How can you celebrate the 4th without a little white trash baby?
Bear finishing up our red velvet cupcakes

Georgia stuffing her face :)
Can't remember why Brooks wasn't cooperating for this progression of pictures.
Playing with Tatty
Tatty was super creative when Harris County told us no fireworks! There wasn't a single fire cracker or firework anywhere near Houston which makes for an unusual 4th. But Tatty found light sticks and glow sticks. Big hit with the littles!
We wrapped up our last supper with Lupe's to-go poolside. Yums!
As usual we ate well and enjoyed the pool so much! We had such a wonderful and relaxing time just hanging out with Tatty and Ronnie! Thank y'all for the great stay and fun memories!
