From the lake to the mountains. We flew to Colorado Springs from Houston on Friday night and Saturday morning we were on our way to the Mueller State Park for camping in the mountains with the Ledbetter Family!

Nothin like a little snow to wrap up a camping trip. Thanks to Grandma I had some closed toe-shoes instead of flip flops.
We had such a great experience camping. The cousins had so much fun and the scenery was stunning! SO GREEN compared to our desert surroundings. The boys couldn't get enough of the outdoors. Georgia was such a trooper thanks to a packnplay and sound machine. She just toodled around and enjoyed the adventure as much as the rest of us. Grandma and Grandpa got us an enormous 3 room tent which was a treat! There was a burn ban so next time we look forward to a campfire!
