Days before Doha Departure

Whew...way behind on keeping up with this little memory blog of our's. Don't want to forget some important times a few weeks ago before we left Doha for Dallas.

One last lunch with Aunt Biny before she leaves us for "where the wind goes sweeping through the plains"!

Late afternoon play date with Jacob and Isaac that lead into the evening with dinner and a shower full of boy.

Our Glo-worm
...just before she was carried downstairs by her big brother. She took a nap and when she woke up Brooks thought it was necessary to bring her downstairs to me. Mission accomplished but never to be done again if I can help it.

Birthday Dinner for Donna

Last day of school and teacher presents

Grumpy Bear with his teachers

Brooks and his best buddy Sedo.

Ms. Fikirte and Brooks

B and Ms. Iman

As an end of the year gift, Brooks' teachers gave him a white board with all the accessories because he loves to write. We will miss these incredible teachers so much. Thank goodness for all they've done to pour love and care into Brooks who is headed out into the wilderness compared to little Apple Tree Nursery.

One last lunch with our re-replaceable neighbors the Coordsens and Webbs.
We'll miss you more than you know!

Chili's dinner with the LaRovere's

Yay...Papa comes to Doha, meeting (sound asleep) Georgia for the first time.

Papa arrived in the middle of the night so the boys had a surprise in the guest room.

Brooks' special welcome sign complete with pictures of an airplane, playing football and fishing.

Ric's Kountry Kitchen for breakfast.
